Hotel Arkadag 5 Stars

Completed between 2019 and 2021 in partnership with Bouygues Bâtiments International, the Hotel Arkadag stands as one of our most prestigious assignments in Turkmenistan — a five-star development of exceptional scale demanding the highest standards of MEP execution. The project's electrical infrastructure was substantial: five generators rated at 2,000 kVA each, 25 transformers ranging from 1,600 to 2,500 kVA, over 8,500 metres of 36 kV medium-voltage cable, and 72 MV switching cells. Our low-current works covered the full suite of guest-facing and operational technology systems for this 220,411 m² facility. The Hotel Arkadag represents the culmination of over two decades of continuous collaboration with Bouygues in Turkmenistan — a milestone project delivered to landmark quality by a partnership built on trust.
