We delivered full MEP works for the Ecobank headquarters in Accra, an 18,000 m² twin-block corporate campus — a landmark engagement that has endured well beyond project completion through our continued operation and maintenance of all installed systems.
Ecobank Headquarters – Accra, Ghana
We were engaged by Energoprojekt to supply and install the complete MEP package for Ecobank’s new headquarters in Accra, Ghana — the bank’s principal office for all of Western Africa.
Project Overview
Delivered between 2015 and 2017, the 18,000 m² development comprises:
- Block A:
- Two basements
- Ground floor
- 13 upper floors
- Block B:
- One basement
- Ground floor
- Five upper floors
Our scope spanned:
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing systems
- Low-current systems
- Security systems
- Audio-Visual (AV) systems
- A ~200 m² Data Centre housing 32 racks
Technology Infrastructure
The project demanded extensive technological integration, including:
- 546,000+ metres of wiring and cabling
- 288 IP cameras
- 1,000 VoIP stations
- Crestron-based AV systems
This scale required exceptional coordination, precision, and rigorous quality control throughout execution.
