We are delivering the full MEP scope for Absa Bank's new head office in Accra — one of our most technically sophisticated engagements in Africa, built to the highest sustainability benchmarks under the specification of South African MEP consultant CKR.
Running from 2021 to 2026, the Absa Bank Head Office in Accra represents one of the most technically demanding projects we have undertaken in Africa. Our scope covers the complete re-engineering, supply, and installation of all MEP systems for this landmark corporate headquarters, designed to deliver exceptional occupant comfort alongside industry-leading energy efficiency — making it a benchmark in sustainable building design for the region. The specifications were set by CKR, a highly respected South African MEP consultant, whose confidence in our work traces back directly to the Ecobank headquarters, where CKR witnessed our standards of execution firsthand and subsequently recommended us for Absa. Our selection for this project is a compelling illustration of how performance on one engagement creates the next: the trust built with Ecobank became the credential that opened the door at Absa. The Absa Bank Head Office demonstrates our capacity to deliver the highest-specification MEP on the most demanding corporate projects in West Africa.
