Commissioned by Soroma Capital, the Taylor Residence in Accra is a high-specification private residential project for which we provided complete MEP works. Our scope encompassed all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems — from power distribution, lighting, and HVAC to water supply, drainage, and home automation-ready low-current infrastructure. Premium private residences demand a level of precision and finish that goes beyond typical commercial scopes, and our team delivered accordingly.
